I had my band put on on June 25th by Dr. Oliak at Chapman Med Center. I'm feeling pretty good although the shakes don't go down too well. Any ideas? They really seem to make my stomach rumble.

I'm definitely getting in all my liquids and my bladder seems to be getting used to it.

I'm still a little tired and it's hard to do the 10 minutes of walking. I guess I'll just have to take it slowly.

Try to drink slower, but the rumbling is normal. I still get it when I am hungry or when the stomach is empty. You are doing well after surgery walking 10 minutes is good each day you will increase day by day. Just take it one day at a time! Enjoy the holiday and take care of yourself.
