  1. I had my band put on on June 25th by Dr. Oliak at Chapman Med Center. I'm feeling pretty good although the shakes don't go down too well. Any ideas? They really seem to make my stomach rumble. I'm definitely getting in all my liquids and my bladder seems to be getting used to it. I'm still a little tired and it's hard to do the 10 minutes of walking. I guess I'll just have to take it slowly. It sure is nice to know you're all out here for support!!!!!!!
