Hi everyone this is my first post but I have been reading everyone's information and feel like I know some of you:biggrin2:. Anyway, I started this process a month ago (May 21 I think) and had my papers submitted to insurance on Thursday (June 26) and OMG I just received my call from the insurance (Anthem BC/BS) and the doctors back to back. I am soooo stoked, I can't believe how fast it was. I was thinking at least six months or so. Just wanted to let everyone know the good news..............Appt. with Doc on the 17th to set a surgery date.......

I had BCBS and received approval within 24 hours. They are great.

Congratulations!!! I am so happy for you and am hoping I have as much luck once my surgeon submits the paperwork. I see her July 23 and am hoping to have my surgery sometime in Aug.

I gave my papers to the surgeons office on june 23rd and they filled friday the 27th i had an approval on monday the 30th so 2 days for me also.. I am so happy it was such a long 7 months.. Surgery is july 16th woohooo
