Anyone is Saratoga NY???

Hello All!!! I am 27 (28 is Dec 08) and about to have my first visit to Ellis Hospital in NY for an informational meeting about banding, in Aug 2008. I have already received a letter from my doctor for medical necessity. I am looking to drop over 100+ lbs and my bf is doing to do it with me.

I was looking to see if anyone has been or is about to be banded in Saratoga, Clifton Park NY area? I am looking to see who their surgeon was and how they have made out after?

    I grew up 30 mins away from Saratoga (in Salem, NY)--but now I live in the Bronx. I have heard a few people on here get banded at Ellis. I am curious why you are choosing Ellis over Albany Med? I don't know anything about either program--I am just curious.....
