    Hello All!!! I am 27 (28 is Dec 08) and about to have my first visit to Ellis Hospital in NY for an informational meeting about banding, in Aug 2008. I have already received a letter from my doctor for medical necessity. I am looking to drop over 100+ lbs and my bf is doing to do it with me. I was looking to see if anyone has been or is about to be banded in Saratoga, Clifton Park NY area? I am looking to see who their surgeon was and how they have made out after?

    I am 27 too and going for my first appt. 8/21. My boyfriend and I are going to do it together. We support each other fully. I am starting off at 278. My first goal is to be under 200lbs. Then take it from there.
