I learned to speak a little bit for FFXI, over half the players were Japanese and had to participate with them. I have an English-Japanese dictionary too.. all I remember now is Kaneshiwa (sp)

And "LOL" is "w" to them.

*cough* Konnichiwa *cough* :)

Kyou wa totemo tsumarania. Shigoto wa amari isogashikunai desu. Shigoto no ato, watashi wa uchi ni kaerimasu. Sugoi!

(Today is very boring. Work is really not busy. After work, I'm going home. Great!)

As a young college student, I got into Aikido. The Aikido club had a motto that was something like (spelled phonetically, of course): "Goon tie wah, Gojiro - 0 toe no ray something, something"

It was supposed to mean "The Japanese army couldn't beat Godzilla".

Edited by plain
remembered a little more of the phrase

Bree, is my motto even close?

Godzilla would get translated to katakana, so it would sound something like go -zee-ra. Aside from that, I'll see if I can translate it. :smile2:

Oh, and Bree! Genki desu ka?

Godzilla would get translated to katakana, so it would sound something like go -zee-ra.

Hey, not too shabby...I wrote go-jiro (pretty close to go-zee-ra). The error could totally be one of recollection, since it's been, like, 15 years since I've heard any of those knuckleheads pronounce it.

I always thought those guys were just pulling my leg with the motto, but maybe they were closer than I thought...

Okay, time for my rant today. haha.

今日はわるいですよ。私の彼女は日本行きます。でも、彼女はうれしいですから、私はうれしい。

(Today sucks. My girlfriend is going to Japan, but because she is happy, I am happy.)

Sorry for the short one. I'm on my way to work out. haha. :crying:

How did you put the japanese symbols on here?

私は愚かに感じる。私は訳者によって付く。私がブロンドであるので。訳者が本格的吸い、あなたのテキストを再配列するのに。
