It's not the fast food things I love but the good old home cooked dinners and roasties and good quality cheeses and stuff... hence why I am here today... I hold my hands up to it all, I am guilty as charged! Now then what I want to know is this... When my band is fitted and I am forced to eat smaller portions then the weight has to drop off doesn't it? surely as eggs are chocolate slurp eggs
It will not be physically possible for me to eat all the tasty delicious foods I used to eat because there won't be the room and as far as I can tell it takes alot longer to eat. So if I am not consuming the calories I have to lose weight don't I?.... so how come some people can't lose weight then? How does that work?
