Ok everyone it's been a long while since i have been on here and that's because i had a baby now 10 months ago, it was only 4 months after my band which was my first surgery that i ended up pregnant my baby is a blessing but now trying to do all the things i was doing before the baby like exercising, preparing my foods and eating right has went out of the door my band doctor said i need to have all the saline taken out to eat enough for the baby and me while i was pregnant, which after that i heard some woman didn't have to have that done so i don't know.... but it just seems like i can't get back on track i lost all my pregnancy weight so i was back where i left off but i just can't seem to eat correct or exercise like i was when i had more then enough time before my baby......Also it seems like i can't get to my proper fill without throwing up either cause i'm eating the wrong foods, not chewing enough, or just i'm too tight ! SO can someone please give me some advice ! I know my problems but i just can't seem to correct them HELP ME PLEASE !!!!
