I think my body is panicing

I don't know if my body is panicing or it's mental or what , but I think my body has gone nutty. I'm 4 days to surgery and all day at work I had clammy hands, and would sweat and felt like my heart would occasionally skip beats. Not like I am having a heart attack or anything I just didn't feel well. Did anyone else feels this way? I know i'm a little scared about the whole thing, but I feel mostly excited. At least I think, i'm just curious if anyone elses body reacted strangely before the big day. Any help would be great.:w00t:

It sounds like you might be having panic attacks. If it makes you feel any better, just know that banding was the best thing I've done for myself in 20 years. The pain isn't bad.

I got worked up before my surgery too. I was stressed out and I got a yeast infection two days before surgery. Maybe it was a coincidence, maybe not. Anyway, I don't know how much you want to lose, but you'll see - it really feels so much better to weigh significantly less.

Good luck and try to relax knowing that you're doing something that is probably going to make you very happy and healthier.

Take care.

Sue

Yep, sounds like panic attacks. I get them from time to time. No fun.

Take a big breath. Just know that the majority of bandsters are glad they did it and don't have regrets. You'll do great!
