New Lapband. How do you get relief from the gas????

Just had the lapband procedure done 3 days ago and the only pain has been the gas. Any ideas on how to get relief and how long will it last?

Walking helps ALOT! Even if its just a short walk down the driveway or around the house. I had a lot of air rumbling around and that seemed to help a lot. It did take quite a few days for that to go away though, so be as patient as you can. Sometimes laying flat on your back with your knees bent up helps too. Hope this helps. Good luck and just remember that it WILL pass!

Gas X strips and walking - I think mine lasted about a 4 maybe 5 days
