is it possible to have too calories

I just tracked my calories for the last several days, and I haven't broken 900 calories. I probably won't break 600 today.

I'm not hungry and I'm not tired.

I'm still on mostly liquids, only now venturing into the wide world of mush.

21 pounds! I didn't want to go to the gym to weigh myself, because I was afraid I hadn't lost any weight last week, but I did, 9 entire pounds. I don't know where it came from though. I haven't lost a size.

Vines queen I had the same problem and was worried but once I went to mush and solids it all changed. It is good that you are not tired with too few calories that was a biggy for me I was exhausted when I was under 1000 calories, no energy. Hopefully it will change for you too once you start mushy foods. SOmetimes we dont lose when taking in that lilte bit and our bodies go into starvation mode and conserves every calorie it takes in. It is great you are losing taking in so little!!

HOT DAMN GIRL!!!! Crystal you are rockin' that scale!!!

Do try to keep up your cal. as much as possible that way it will be a smoother transition when you switch to whole foods which may contain higher cals. than the liquids your currently on.

Than again - who am I to talk-LOL LOL I am not even banded! LOL
