Clear liquid or any liquid the day before???

Tomorrow is the day before my surgery.....and I have been so excited I kinda forgot whether Doc said clear liquid or just any liquid the day before surgery....Yes I have called them and left a message, but, they havent returned my call yet. What did you guys do the day before???:confused2:

This may seem like a really dumb question, but what do they mean by clear liquids.

Yeah, it doesnt really have to be clear...I found out I can have cranberry juice.:thumbup:
