I am absolutely livid, and frankly not eating for the past 5 days due to liquid pre-op diet is not helping my mood. My surgery is supposed to be the day after tomorrow. My doctor said the hospital would call me for a pre-op interview. They haven't called, so I called them. They tell me I'M NOT ON THE SCHEDULE. I called the doctor's office and the nurse couldn't believe it. She is trying to work it out now.

I can't believe people can be so incompetent. I really don't want to put my life in their hands if they can't even get a schedule right.

Hi Lisa411 if it was me i would be up set too. but it is just one bad apple in the bunch. who was not doing there job.right the person should not be in charge of anything. i hope they can work it out for you fast. it is hard enough to do a liquid diet.by keeping a clear mind. any way let us know the out come. i will keep you in my prayers MSGIGLE.

Oh No! How horrible. I'm so sorry that happened to you. I had a small scare regarding the hospital yesterday and thought I would actually have a stroke. The pre-op diet is messing with my mind too. It was just a misunderstanding and it was all worked out, no problem. Hopefully that will happen for you too! Good luck!

What a bummer, Lisa! Hopefully you will get a call and you are on the schedule for a time close to when you should have been on. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
