Can you eat too much and not PB or get stuck?

Since being banded I have not "PB'd" (or at least I don't think I have) or gotten anything stuck at all - not even once. There have been times, however, that I feel like I probably ate more than I should have. So my question is, as long as you don't PB or get anything stuck, does that mean you have not eaten too much or eaten too fast?? Can you eat too much ( to a point where you may stretch your pouch or cause slippage) and not PB or get anything stuck?

I was banded on 12/18/07, I have 6cc in a 9cc Realize band(4 fills) ... I have restriction, but didn't really feel restricted until the 3rd fill. I have only PB'd (productive Burp) twice... it's not nearly has bad as throwing up..which I am very very thankful for. Hope that helps.
