I'm shopping for a surgeon in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I have it narrowed down to a few, but a Google search doesn't yield much in the way of customer reviews. Any ideas?

If you can't find one on google, you may want to go to Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. At least that way you know they are certified.

derbygirl, keep me posted if you find a good comparitive source. I imagine I'll be delving into this before year's end, but trying to resist for now...40-50lbs to go. Gonna give my body best chance to get as near goal as possible. All the sites I have browsed, posting their best successes, but not a lot of user input:unsure:

Go here: Plastic Surgery Pictures, Videos, Photos, Pics, Before, After, Cosmetic Surgery You can search for people who had surgeries done in specific cities and see their pictures (if they choose to share them) and reviews of how they feel about the results some times too
