Shortness of breath

I had my 3rd fill on Feb 29th. (6.5 in a 11cc band) Not too long after that I started noticing I have shortness of breath on and off throughout the day. I have very, very little restriction, so I've never thrown up or slimed or had much trouble eating.

The shortness of breath is worrying me...... However - I've had a lot of stress (much more than normal), and I'm wondering if that is what is causing my problem.

I plan on calling my surgeon's office tomorrow, but was wondering if anyone else ever had shortness of breath after surgery, or after a fill, or within the first few months of surgery?

Thanks,

Thanks,

I responded in your other thread.

A band around your stomach in no way affects your ability to breathe. I would suggest calling your MD office or 911.

I agree with the first response - go to your nearest Hospital or Urgent Care and get it checked out. I wouldn't wait for the surgeon's office to open tomorrow.

They really emphasized at our post op check out list of things that if we were feeling shortness of breath to call 911 or get someone to take you to a hospital.
