Ok, on the lookout for Northeast MDs

I live about two hours from New York City, two hours from Philadelphia. I'm in Northeast PA.....

I'm looking for suggestions since my first experience has been less than impressive.

Thanks to all of you in advance.

Sharon,

I'm not sure how far you want to travel but my surgeon is in Syosset, NY which is on Long Island. He is wonderful and the whole staff supports you any way you need it. My best friend traveled from Wilmington DE to have the surgery done with him. He has done over 700 bands.

I used Dr. Peter Kwon in Port Jervis, NY - I am not sure where this is in relation to you in Pennsylvania, but it might not be too far. I know that he is near the PA border. He is a very reliable and cautious surgeon. He banded me on 3/23/05. His office staff is very professional and I also know two other people who used him for lap band surgery - all perfectly successful.
