Spicy Food After Fills?

Hi, Just Wondering If Anyone Has Had Problems With Spicy Foods Once They Reached Their Sweet Spot. I Always Enjoyed Hot Spicy Food Before This Level Of Really Good Restriction, But Now When I Try To Eat Those Foods, I Feel Like My Stomach Wants Them To Come Right Back Up.( And They Do )

I'm right there with you! I have great restriction right now but if I try eating anything spicy (my favs of course) my band tightens and I can't get anything down. You'd think I'd learn, but I just keep torchering myself!

Cindy, that is quite common with good restriction. The only work around is an antacid or a slight unfill. In my case, the unfill was the only thing that worked. Good luck.
