Hello, My name is Misty and I was banded on Nov, 22nd 2004

Just 3 days BEFORE Thanksgiving, and I am thankful for my band, My insurance paid for the surgery, I have Tenn Care select, very easy to get approved, if you have your eggs in a roll. I had my first fill Jan 17th worked well for about 3 weeks, even tho I still lost, I could eat more then my dr wanted so I was filled again on the 24th, at that time she found that she could only pull out 1 cc of the 2 that she put in, but she didn't seem to concerned about it, she said that some times absorption happens.

I have lost nearly 45 lbs already and like 6 inches, my height is 5ft 4 inches, I started out at 280lb and I am now 234lb. My personal goal is 160ish.

My surgery was done in Clarksville, Tn by Dr. Linda Hruska, she is a awesome surgeon, would most diffently recommend her to anyone.

can't wait to start reading more post

Hey Misty, you were banded on my birthday!! A wonderful band-day to Celebrate indeed.

Sounds like you're doing great! And you've added a new phrase to my lexicon: "have all your eggs in a roll." I love it!!

Welcome to LBT! :) :) :D
