I am looking for any advice on how to keep my tummy from sagging so much with weight loss, anybody found anything that works?

I would guess it depends on how you carry your weight. I am apple shaped, so I'm not sure I'd need a tummy tuck- we'll see.

I'm hoping that someone in the know responds to your question. I'm looking to see what might help too. Although I'm pretty sure that plastic surgery will be my only solution because I'm planning to lose 164 pounds total. I'm proud of losing 103 pounds, but I'm also mad at myself for letting things get so out of hand!

crunches, excercize ball, over and over everyday!!! there is some kind of lazer surgery to tighten skin, im not sure what it is called...saw it on discovery, sounds great, no cutting!
