Hey everyone! I hope you guys don't mind that I've started a new thread. I've been talking to Terri from Dr. B's office, and she wants to email all of Dr. Bagnato's patients about this website and this support chat that all of us Bagnato Bandsters have going on. She was really impressed by how we've been supporting each other and wants all of Dr. B's patients to be able to come here and get support.

I wanted the title of the thread to be clear and make sure everyone who was banded by Dr. Bagnato knows that they are welcome here, even if they don't live in Albany.

For anyone who is interested, we have formed a support group and have decided to meet once a month.

Our first group meeting will be Feb. 7th at Ruby Tuesday in Tifton, Ga at 6:00 pm. This meeting is basically just a "get to know each other" meeting. I hope to see all of you there!

I got my invitation yesterday too! Can't wait!

Hope the name tags have not only our "real" names but our lapband names also.

I hope we all get to go to the Support meeting. This group has been such a help to me I would love to meet more of you face to face. Take care.

Hi everyone! I hope ya'll had a good weekend. We fared pretty well through the storm. Didn't lose power and no trees for limbs to fall. We had plans on Saturday, but had to cancel (both the kids and Mike and I). We'll make up for it though. Other than that - same old same old.

It looks like the last fill I received (Thursday) - will hopefully be my sweet spot for a while. I've been able to eat, but definately have restriction. I'm hitting the gym in the morning for my run and workout. I've done a lot better with my water as well. It feels so good to be back on track! Hopefully tomorrow won't be a Manic Monday...

I'm looking forward to the support group meeting too. It'll be great to meet everyone that I haven't had a chance to meet yet.

Got a 1cc fill yesterday. Whoa, buddy! Talk about tight - just saying - not complaining! I can tell a BIG difference this time. Now maybe things will start happening a lot faster!

I'm getting excited about the support group meeting!! Who all is going to make it to the meeting?

I forgot to RSVP, but I guess it's not too late. Two people have asked to ride with me. I still have room for more if anyone else is interested.

I'm not sure about the meeting yet, I'm trying to get someone to go with me. I hate making that drive by myself at night. I have 2 friends that have had lapbands done this year and I'm trying to get one of them to go.
