Hello Palerider,

So glad to hear from you.

I have heardDr.Kaza had a practice in Texas before coming here.

Who are you going to in Louisville?

When is your surgery?

At hmh they say that he actually never practiced in Texas, was there for a year in training. Then he was on some island (think it is called Antiga) for a few years not doing bands, then came to KY. That's why I want to be with some one who has been doing them for awhile, ya know? Am going with Lusco, but surgery not scheduled either.

Hi palerider,

I have been trying to do research on him. He went to medical school in New York and graduated in 1997.He has had no lawsuits against him.I have all my prep there.I hate to start all over again. Thanks for your input.
