Any Post-Band recipe books (simple) you can recommend?

I would love to see if there is a cookbook that has the different stages with some "no-brainer" recipes to prepare....any suggestions?

I found a great site recommended by my dr. Chef Dave :: Home (or is it .com) try both.

Anyway.. Chef Dave Fouts is the first bariatric chef. He had gastric bypass, but has recipes that are healthy, easy and good for ya!

"Eating Well after weight loss surgery" I think this is the name.

It tells you how to alter the recipe based on the type of surgery you had and at what stage you are post op.

You could also just eat smart, (and/or what you want), in just smaller portions, or make less.
