Multiple surgeries leading to a revision and disability

Almost I had it in 2018.

Here is a list of my surgeries and diagnosis's from just this hospital stay.

Duodenal switch with cholecystectomy and small intestine surgery (11/21/2018)

- Hernia repair, diagnostic laparoscopy, hiatal hernia repair, Botox injection, and upper GI endoscopy with biopsy (09/09/2019)

I am tpn dependent and I have a g-tube for my medication waiting on home services for occupational physical therapy so I can basically relearn and build muscles again.

First question is has anybody had and dealt with complication? So severe you have to go on disability get home therapy services cuz you can't even leave your apartment.

My second question is has anybody had their Duodenal switch after trying to lengthen the common channel and it failing getting it revised to rbyn bypass?

If anybody has had this specific surgery, please just tell me. I cannot find any sources. The recovery is unknown because of the rarity of this revision and the complexity of all these surgeries.

Also, if you have been in this situation, how long did it take you to actually get off the tpn and when can they remove the g-tube?
