Combined Breast Uplift, side fat and arm lift?

Recommended Posts

I'm 6 months post gastric sleeve and even though I haven't lost a lot of weight unfortunately, (65lbs or something like that) I've noticed a dramatic loss in my boobs. I've always had saggy boobs but at least when I was bigger, the fat evened it out. Now that I'm lighter, they have deflated completely and look absolutely ghastly and my confidence has completely disappeared. It's also made the side fat around my boobs even worse, and my arm fat is also quite a lot too.

I want to have a breast uplift as well as an arm lift, but I don't want to have to separate surgeries to have them - is it possible to combine them in one procedure? Have any of you had both done at the same time and what were your experiences/would you recommend? I'm based in London, but I don't know whether to find somewhere in Turkey or something to have it done as I can imagine the cost of having it done here may be expensive.

Thank you in advance!

Hi, I am looking in to arm surgery too. I would like the boob done but a t my age is it really necessary ? At a Spire hospital near me they charge £5.000 for that. A friend has just had the boobs done and that cost £9,000. There is lots of bad press about Turkey and I think I would be too scared to try it. The arm surgery alone is big surgery and my friend couldn't lift for 6 weeks after her surgery.

The thing thats holding me back is not the cash its how long I will need to rely on someone else until I heal. Good luck with your journey and please keep me posted, I am very interested

yes - I had both done at the same time. It's the same area of the body so I don't think it matters if you have them done at the same time. The breast lift itself doesn't really cause an issues - arm lift part of it is a bit challenging, though, since you use your arms for so many things.

me too! i had a breast lift with extended arm lift (i.e., adresses the "side boob" issue) back in 2019...also had a Tummy Tuck all in one surgery.

it depends i think one how long your surgeon is comfortable with u being under as well as how fast he/she works. my doc had a policy max of 6 or 7 (can't remember) hours under general anesthesia i think. he said he was done with me in under 6.

personally, despite the recovery being very "challenging" (to put it mildly, ha!) i'd still do it all in one shot vs 3 separate surgeries: the healing was unpleasant enough that i was glad i only had to do it once (vs. three!!)

but im a baby and was NOT a good patient so...i know of others on here whose recovery was a walk in the park.

anyway: arm lift, breast lift tummy tuck...so so happy with them. the breast lift was actually the surprise favourite for me. being able to go bra-commando and remain perky is AWESOME.

good luck! ❤️

Hi, as someone that is very familiar with Eastern, Southeastern Europe and West Asia I would strongly recommend against a surgery of this magnitude there. Your life is extremely valuable and surgery complications can be horrible. I know it is much cheaper to do it there, but there is no price on life. It is not even about physician competence (since some of the best doctors in the world come from those higher education systems), it is about medical facilities and their level of sterilization (or lack thereof). I think you should save money, take your time and get the surgery where you are. I grew up there and moved to US in my thirties. There is no comparison in the medical care, and surgery facilities, they are definitely superior in US and in UK. Please remember that your life is worth everything and you can end up much worse than where you are right now. It is worth saving money and getting that procedure completed where it is safe. It is your life and it is more valuable than everything!

I find it very comforting that you're able to raise your hand after that.

I don't really need my arms dine, but my breasts and side boots need a lot of attention. Curious what others did. A full argumentation or a lift.

There are very qualified surgeons in modern surgical facilities in Turkey. It is not at all accurate that there is necessarily a lower quality of care or lack of hygiene. Standards have changed quite dramatically in recent years.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
