Hey everyone! I'm brand new! I'm 5 days into my pre op diet (5 protein shakes a day, 2 cups of clear broth, 64 oz water, 1 cup sugar free Jello) and I am sooo freaking dizzy. Did anyone else have this dizziness? Any tips to help? I'm on track with water/etc and following all instructions exactly.

Could be your body adjusting to the lower calorie intake or withdrawal from sugar, carbs, caffeine. Check with your medical team to be sure. You’ll likely experience this again after surgery for a while as well as lethargy & low energy while you’re healing & consuming less.

Thanks so much for your reassurance! I'm feeling much better today so far, and I have a telehealth visit with my surgeon so I can let him know too.
