Hi, I’m New! ?

I just did my consult with my surgeon in 7/6/23 and met with the Dietitian today. She suggested this app as a good resource, so here I am! I am planning my surgery for January 2024, so I have time to set up good habits for myself.

While I get myself “settled in,” hit me with some of your advice for newbies. I am looking forward to progressing in this journey and look forward to reading about your adventures!

Hello and let me be the first to welcome you in the forum. I found it very helpful to read the back pages, they hold everything that you will ever need to know about the surgery and recovery.

Don't read to many scare stories, its a really safe surgery.
