So I am a Year and a half out and

I just found a out my fiancee accidently gave me 2 Excedrin instead of 2 Tylenol should I be okay off taking one dose? I know I am not suppose to take that due to it having aspirin

You will probably live through your ordeal.

My medical team never gave me a blanket ban on any medication because each of our situations are different. Because of liver issues Tylenol was a no-no while aspirin products were "take and monitor, be careful" medication.

Some people do have issues the first time they take aspirin products though it is not at all common.

I haven't taken aspirin or ibuprofen since I had surgery 7.5 years ago, but the PA at my clinic said taking a dose or two once in a great while for something that Tylenol wasn't doing anything for should be fine. They just don't want us taking NSAIDs as our regular pain reliever, since they can cause ulcers.
