Need help can’t eat almost 3 months post op

I am almost three months postop and I have not been able to eat anything more than foods like yogurt or applesauce consistency. I have tried eating soft vegetables very well chewed up chicken tilapia etc and I throw up afterwards. Is this normal? I read about people eating eggs and soft foods but I can barely stomach a little yogurt or applesauce. I have my 3 month visit in less than two weeks any suggestions or thoughts on what I can do or say? Thanks

P.S. just saw your last message. Zero hunger or appetite at three months out is normal. Vomiting everything solid that you eat is not. Call your clinic.

Phone your surgeon/team now and tell them. Stay calm (you won't come to any harm getting your nutrition from smoothies etc) but I think this might be one for them.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah it doesn’t seem normal but I honestly don’t look up a lot of forums or ask for help. I like the weight falling off and amazingly I don’t really have a lack of energy despite never really eating anything. I work out at the gym three times a week. I mainly drink water through the day and one cup of oikos yogurt and that’s it

they occur in about 5% of bypass patients. And they're an easy fix (I had two - at four weeks out and again at about eight weeks out)
