Hello everyone. I had my VSG surgery on November 15, 2021 and I feel like I am at a stall and I'm looking for a gym buddy in my area San Antonio, TX. I feel awkward going to the gym on my own. I have no idea where to start and would appreciate having someone who knows what I am going through. I'd love to push you on with your weight loss goals and hopefully be able to push myself also in this weight loss journey. I see the before and after pictures of many of you and you all look so GREAT! I am ready to work on myself.

Did you find anyone? I'm not in San Antonio but I lived there for 4 years and miss it! I used to go to the Gold's Gym at Legacy Trails. San Antonio has an amazing selection of gyms. I hope you found one that you like!

There is a vegan restaurant in SA called Green… omg! I just saw a picture of something similar to their Mediterranean bowl and my mouth is watering!! … if you haven’t tried it, it’s so good.
