I fell asleep on my stomach last night !

So I’m like afraid today last night I went to bed with no pain meds so I won’t rely on them but I woke up at 2 am and I had been sleeping on my stomach usually I’m always on my side or my back slightly sitting or inclined. I am afraid that will now cause a leak. I’m been scared of a leak ever since surgery last week.

If you are worried call your surgeon and ask if it’s ok that you slept on your stomach. I’m sure they can guide you and dos and donts
Good luck to you and congrats to the start of your weight loss journey
