I was given a prescription for multivitamins pills, but no matter if I crush or swallow them whole I throw up. I don’t want to put myself through that again so I am here to ask for some advice. What liquid multivitamins have you guys used to still used that I can purchase? Thanks.

I’ve taken this one since week 4 post Op and seems to work great. My blood work always comes back in normal ranges. Hope this helps

You could always try the patch vitamins if you can't take the regular ones...
