Shakes - Shamrock Farms Rockin’ Protein Builder

OMG! Has anyone tried these? I am 7-weeks post-op today, and 38 pounds down from highest weight. I have been drinking mostly Premier shakes but saw Shamrock Farms at Publix yesterday, so I grabbed one. Tastes like chocolate milk, best tasting protein shake I’ve tried! I noticed the cal, sugar, carb slightly more than Premier (which is okay, just bored with them) but the taste is so much better. Actually look forward to drinking it! I’m only doing one shake day now and getting most calories/protein from food. Anyone else try these? Any comments?

I would talk to your nutritionist.

Fairlife Nutritional Shakes have a lot less carbs than that and are made from milk as well. Sams Club sells these ones in a case and you can get them online from there too. I would also recommend talking with your nutritonist to make sure these fit your plan as well.
