Hi,
Just had my surgery in 12/15 and I feel really gassy plus my body decided to send me my monthly gift too, aka my period. Any suggestions on food intake. I’m allowed to eat mushy foods but I’m scared now. Today I drank half a bottle of Protein Shake with no problems. Also drank Protein water and regular water too in 30ml (1oz) cups. I don’t want to over do it. How will I know it’s too much? At the hospital I threw up a lot because of the meds and the contrast. I don’t want to throw up at home too.
