Single mom with a toddler... advice for post op please.

Hello everyone. Thank you for accepting me into the community.
I am scheduled for surgery 11/2/2020. I am a single mother of a 2 year old hyper boy. I will only be able to have help for the first week max. So if anyone has any tips that could help?
I will still have to get him in and out of our car. Still have to pick him up at random.

Does anyone think an abdominal binder would help?

The lifting may be an issue. From what i’ve read and been told, they do not recommend lifting anything heavier that 10lbs for the first 4 weeks (at least)...

Not sure about abdominal binder either...i didn’t wear one, but maybe others who have can weigh in...
