Greek yogurt smoothie

I love blending frozen mangos and strawberries with greek yogurt the problem is it gives me sugar spike and makes me hungry. What other alternatives can use that doesn't have as many sugars. I don't like the texture of yogurt so it needs to be something frozen and with flavor

My friend, who had bypass, told me to use my frozen fruit and blend it with a vanilla protien shake. They are really good.

I usually add in a handful of baby spinach as well. Aside from the greenish color you would never know it's in there.
