I’m really missing drinking a big cold glass of water.

Hi. I am in the second week post surgery. I don’t miss the food for the most part, but the though of never being able to have a big drink of water is tearing at me. I loved water more than anything and in the past I would come in the house and fill up a 750 ml cup of iced cold water and drink two of them and feel like a million dollars. I understand I may not get there, but does this half cup an hour limit run forever? Thank you. Peace.

I enjoyed water before Gastric sleeve as well. I had my sleeve in 2016 and I still don't gulp water but I do enjoy it much more now. I had to smile when I read your post so I chimed in on it. Many, if not all of us "water drinkers" have been there.
