hey every1 i got my 2nd fill today and i got fill today. my doctor filled it up with 5.6cc this time and i have a 10cc band. my 1st fill i only got 2.4cc. i wanted to know am i supposed to feel hungry still? cuz right now i am really hungry. is it because i am just drinking liquid now? and maybe when i eat i will feel full? can some1 help me out? thanks

Karen, see how you do when you move to solid protein first. If you are still hungry and you can consum 1 cup of food you need a fill. It all depends too if you are losing on 1 cup. If you are you are lucky. If not, you maybe one of those like myself that needs to consume less thus needing a fill. Hope this helps. Julie

Quite possibly, yes. I have had 5 fills so far and still feel hungry...I'm currently filled to 3.5 cc's in a 4 cc band. I'm really beginning to think the band isn't working for me.

Hye was banded by Dr Fielding at NYU am down about 20 pounds since 11/1 but am hungry gonna call and get fill again this week- how do you know what size band etc you have ?

hey my doctor...dr. kurian told me when i was in the recovery room. u should ask ur doctor how much cc does ur band hold. i am still feeling hungry after eating solid food. i feel like this lap band is never going to work for me...maybe i just need to keep getting fills to see which cc suits me right. i hope u helped out out.
