This is a one egg omelette with 1/2 scoop of GENEPRO mixed in, a few slices of cooked yellow squash, and skim milk mozzarella cheese. (it kind of fell apart because I added too much water). It was good and I ate about 3/4 of it. It is 21g of Protein and 166 calories, so a pretty good bang for my buck.

I feel like I'm retaining some Water, probably too much salt, so I'm going to concentrate on getting my water in the rest of the day.

Do you mix the GENEPRO with water first to dissolve it ? Or just put it in the liquid egg?

I whisked it in with the egg and water. Seemed to work okay.

Tonight's dinner. So yummy. Eating a cracker slow is comical. Lol these crackers are amazing and so much less dense than saltines or any other one IMG_20200228_181744.jpg IMG_20200228_181755.jpg IMG_20200228_181740.jpg

Did you notice the tiny bites that squirrel was taking? Maybe she's had weight loss surgery. LOL!

How many oz is every eating at one time? I can barely get in 1.5oz? salad I can get in about 2? But feel too full after the salad starts to break down?
Breakfast pic! Squash, onion, bell pepper egg white and sprinkle of cheese
And of course the dogs that would rather eat this 1.5 than me. Lol
Also I am only eating 3 meals a day? No Snacks and no Protein Drink or added calories from fluids only Water with a slice of lemon. Hot lemon water in the morning.
Update on state?

I can get down about 2 1/2 to 3 ounces. I need to stop at that point otherwise I could get foamies or pain at top of stomach. Finding soft Foods are better to go down. Tried homemade pizza tonight. Was able to eat 3 small bites of it. Went down ok, no issues. Got full from it fast.

I measure out between 3-4 oz depending on what the food is, and I usually get it down, but it takes me 30minutes to an hour to get it all down, and sometimes it's a struggle. I'm still doing a shake everyday, because I cannot hit my Protein goals on food alone.

This is one egg , 1/2 GENEPRO Protein Powder, a handful of baby spinach, and a tbsp mozzarella cheese. The Protein powder really fluffs up the egg. 148 calories and 25 g of protein. I ate it all except for a few bites.

Looks awesome! I am having an issue with eggs because I can't eat them before they get cold and a cold egg literally makes me gag haha

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
