I am having my surgery in 8 days

I already have a week in liquid diet is very hard and think is one more week to go, is even hard to imagine but I am tired of premier protein shakes, sugar free jello, sugar free popsicles, crystal light flavor water no caffeine and chicken broth. But I love flan I just wonder if I can make the protein shake into jello just adding some gelatin? I wonder if is possible and if should be okay to do it? And if is possible?

I agree since you are allowed jello and protein shakes it should be fine. I used to freeze my shakes and eat them with a spoon like ice cream. It helped me to stick to the diet.

Hey, it'd be worth a try! Since you can eat Jello I don't see why you couldn't eat protein shake jello! Let us know how it turns out!

I've made pudding with sugar free pudding and protein powder. You might try that if you like pudding. It's a nice change from the shakes and you feel like you're actually eating something. Also see if you're allowed egg drop soup, that was a life saver for me.
