if you stick to your plan, it should break on its own. It's just your body recalibrating - happens to most of us once in awhile. I had several stalls on my journey.

You could try increasing your calories a bit. Many people have had good results breaking a stall this way.
Kinda sucks but I lost 48 pounds in two months now I have to figure out how to break this stall. I’m already doing about 700 calories a day. Maybe nows a good time to hit the gym?
