I'm 8 days post op sleeve....I took some stool softeners and vomited almost immediately....has this happened to anyone else?

Did you sip slowly to swallow? Have you had problems keeping food or liquid down?

I have been using the teeny tiny stool softner and have had no issues with them. Dulcolax.

I did have issues for the first few days but things resolved themselves....I did sip...I have some generic walmart ones and they're not that small either

Try the dulcolax. They are tiny little gel pills that go down very easy. Maybe the ones you have are too large and your gag reflex is kicking in.

You can use the powder form of miralax. I put it in my crystal light and it works well!! You cant even taste it!!

I agree with Jinnjuice, try the powder form of miralax. That’s what’s been working for me with no nausea/vomiting
