Hello I'm new my name is Ruth and I'm getting the Duodenal switch December 10th

I'm excited and nervous and started on a pre OP liquid diet already. I've been trying really hard to stick to it and almost forgot a few times. (ADHD brain).

    I see they do the Sips and traditional DS. Always good to have choice.

    I remember the week before my DS I locked myself out of my apartment twice. ?
