Great month!!!! I almost had my husband take a picture of my abs but not ready for prime time yet[emoji38][emoji5]
This exercises kicked butt.....abs! It was not as easy as it seems!!
I connected with an old friend.....we'll be meeting in Dubai later on this month for a reunion!, I took a photo walk and did mindful breathing this morning!!
I'm beyond grateful! I'll start practicing gratitude today through tomorrow because I am incredibly grateful for the gift of life and all it entails [emoji120][emoji120][emoji120][emoji120][emoji120]

Still in the 180s. was hop8ng to go down to my Dream 175 by Halloween, didn't happen but Thanksgiving and Christmas are still in my Shotgun Sights, so I SHALL NOT ABANDON HOPE and start eating the BADFIES lurk8ng out THERE!

It will forever be the month I got back into onderland! That being said, not as much weight loss as previous months. But really, it was a good month with all my activities. Looking forward to the new month.
