Steaks and burgers give me a very hard time so i stayed away from them. By hard time i mean stabbing and colic pain in my stomach right above the umbilicus and to the left
I am now getting the same severe colic pain on a daily basis despite being careful with the solids , only soups , salads , and chicken , no meat
I also get severe pains if i stay a long time without eating , especially in the morning if i dont eat breakfast right after waking up
I do take some gasix , and some gaviscon , it helps a bit but not much
I am not doing well on hydrating , some days are good some arent
Any idea if this pain is normal first few months post surgery ? Anything in particular should i take or do , thank you very much in advance for your thoughts
