I’m still 10/15 but just found out that my surgeon wants to do VSG instead of RNY due to Gout that is genetic and not diet caused.

I'm having the revision from the sleeve to the bypass due to serious reflux and a hiatal hernia. I had the sleeve 3 years ago and I still have restrictions on how much I can eat so it's still working very well but the bypass does help you lose a little more weight so if I lose another 20 pounds I'll be happy. My surgery date is on Oct 15th.
