First appointment was yesterday! I was ordered to do a barrium swallow, cardiac clearance, lose 40 lbs, nutrition classes, and psych clearance. I'm ready for this journey but nervous... anyone want to share before and after pics for motivation?

Hey! I don't have any before and after pics to post right now but I wanted to say that almost everyone has to have all those requirements done and they probably seem like such a pain and SO far away but I promise the time will go by super fast and after surgery this will all feel like a weird previous life you can't even remember anymore. Don't lose hope and know that it'll eventually happen and when it does it'll be great!!
