Ok so... I’ve been doing so well post-op. Minimal pain, barely any nausea, keeping down fluids, going on walks. I think I might of overdid though bc after my walk I bent over to light a candle and felt a sharp pain by one of my incisions. I thought I would look down and see it’s bleeding but it’s not. I shouldn’t panic right? Just take it easy and stop trying to do so much?

Is it hot? Is it red? Is it still painful hours later? If the answers are no, you're probably fine, maybe just pulled an internal stitch. If the answer to any of those is yes, see if there is someone on-call for your surgeon's office. When was your surgery?

I also had occasional pain by my incisions. It turned out to be nothing, I just took it easy for the rest of the day.

However..I agree with the response above too. Call your team if you are concerned.
