Hi Everybody,

I am a June bandster and would like to join you all here. I have fiddled around and lost about 40 pounds since my surgery in June. The past month I just haven't paid as much attention as I did in the early stages and now I would like to get serious about dropping another 20 pounds by the end of the year. I would like to have an average loss of 10 pounds per month so I need to kick it up a notch.

Thanks MM!! I know a lot of it is the stress at work and I haven't made the best choices. Exercise is not an option with the long days I'm putting in so I've got to get my diet back in order!!! I moved all of 0.2; but thank God it's in the right direction

:clap2:So FINALLY - broke into the 170's. Had a feeling the second fill would start things going after all the cardio I've been doing, but it might be the chunk of "thick auburn wavy hair" that got chopped today. 14 inches going to "Locks of Luv" , I feel lighter -

My Dr is more aggressive that some I see here, Have my 3rd fill scheduled the day after XMas, Might not need it .... Not hungry at all!

Hey guys another 6 lbs gone!!!! I'm soooo excited!! I have felt like CRAP the last 2 wks not eating right bla bla bla and I didn't think I was gonna loose anything. So when I got on the scales tonight at support group I was TOTALLY shocked!! :-) I just have 5 lbs to go to my goal for Christmas! YEAHHHH

I DID - thanks Wombat! I was so surprised to see that number this morning. I had not lost for a week and half. I made my own private goal of 100lbs in 6 months also! Next one is to be under 200lbs

Thank you all. I got to say, this has been the easiest time for me since I got the surgery. Maybe I have finally found the sweet spot. I am hardly hungry anymore, and when I do eat, I get full fast, and stay full for many hours. It is about time. After more that 6 months, and over 8cc's, I was beginning to think that it would never work for me.

Doubt I'll make my goal...but this will be the first holiday season in my history that I have actually lost ANY weight...every year I gained, so losing anything is a big deal to me I did make my original goal of 208, so I'm happy as a clam
