When things aren't going well, you're following your diet plan and still don't lose, you are taking your PPI faithfully yet now GERD has lifted its ugly head, you wake up in the middle of sleeping with GERD, bad indigestion or a horrid taste in your mouth and you hadn't been sick with anything else. Possibly also you're having pain in your abdomen the pills don't stop from hurting. These are things I can think of, I'm sure others will add to it.
